The logic
behind the screens.

Good software does the math your team shouldn’t have to. This forecasting engine runs behind a real client’s kitchen app every night. Here it is with sample data and every input exposed.

01 / FORECASTING ENGINE

Par Engine

Weeks of point-of-sale history in, tomorrow’s prep quantities out, rounded to the batches cooks actually make. Change the inputs and watch it recalculate.

02 / YOUR PROJECT

Yours could be next.

Tell us what your team does by hand today. We’ll show you what it could look like.

Before

The problem

Par levels, the amount of each item to keep on hand, lived in a spreadsheet. They were set by feel and drifted out of date as the menu and the seasons changed.

The build

What we built

An engine that reads sales history every night, converts portions sold into recipe quantities, adds a safety buffer, and rounds to real batch sizes. Big-batch items get a trigger point instead, so they’re made only when stock runs low.

After

The result

Pars that follow what actually sells, reviewed side by side with sales on one screen, instead of last month’s guesses copied forward.
