The problem
A restaurant group with a central kitchen and two restaurants ran prep from spreadsheets. Every morning the kitchen manager re-typed each restaurant’s order into the prep sheet by hand.
The build
What we built
One web app for the whole kitchen, on phones and tablets: nightly counts, a prep list built from counts, sales and orders, order review, and catering and reservations on a daily dashboard. Staff sign in with a PIN; managers and owners see more.
After
The result
Orders are never re-typed. The prep list is ready when the manager walks in, and the kitchen counts everything in one pass. It’s in daily use across all three kitchens.
